Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between the seller (VIA Marketing s.r.o.) and the buyer in accordance with the Civil Code of the Czech Republic.

1. General Provisions

The purchase agreement is concluded upon submission of the order by the buyer and confirmation by the seller.

2. Price and Payment Terms

Prices are listed in CZK and EUR. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card online, or cash on delivery.
